expected effects of Ted Cruz's presidential campaign on Texas legislative races.?

He is doing well in his own district with Anglo voters but not well with Hispanic voters even at home in Texas, it shows why he is not doing well as a candidate with the american people as a whole. All politics is local first, if you cannot get voters locally forget it nationwide.

I wouldn't expect it to have much of any effect, even if he's on the ticket.
