How to get money for the iPhone 6s when you're 14 years old?

Update:

My parents said I can put it on our AT&T plan if I paid for it by myself. Since I'm pretty much a cell phone nerd, I know all about unlocking and switching carriers. I will prefer to get the 6s off contract and unlocked. $649! Plus taxes! My birthday is in October and Christmas is in December, plus I will be getting a job sometime between then hopefully. I just finally want to have the newest phone for once. What's the best way to earn money when you're 14? Thanks!
