What are the safety suggestions if I am planning to stay at any self-contained/Self-catering cottage around Wilsons Prom National Park?

Safety in terms of spiders, snakes or other poisonous creature around cottage. I will be staying with two kids. I need suggestion, if I should keep any kinda first aid stuff with me. If yes, what should I keep?

Your kids straying too far away and getting lost would be worst case, keep an eye on them.

If they are prone to play with bugs, maybe bug bite ointment or coach them to leave the spiders and snakes alone.

National parks are well equipped for emergencies, so no worries.

be careful with wood piles or tin sheets - snakes are still asleep mostly it is cold still

is not bush-fire season - it should be pretty well maintained

lots of lorikeets there - take birdseed - they eat out of your hand
