Does learning how to feed another boxer you're training with make you a better boxer? How?
When I'm training I hate feeding people I'm training with. Honestly I'm in it for myself as I want to become a boxer. There are a select few people I can work with because they are good feeders. One of them refuses to feed me because I am very critical of beginner feeders and I have no desire to be a good feeder myself. This guy claims being a good feeder will make me a better boxer and I don't see how this is true.

2. Know your opponent.
Think about it! What is feeding all about?
