Water coming out of the electric socket?

Water is coming out of the electric socket. But that's not what am concerned about. who do i actually call ? the plumber or an electrician?

    Both but get the pumber out first so he can shut off the source of the water if you don't know how to do it. I would go to the main box and shut off all the electricity if you dont' know which breaker controls the watery socket. If you do, then flip that one breaker.

    You need a plumber, or possibly a roofer, to find the source of the water and repair it.

    THEN, you need an electrician to check the wiring for damage caused by the water.

    plumber first, fix the water issue. electrician second to fix any damages

    best call a plumber. the receptacles will dry.
