I can't type in the Youtube gaming chat?

There is a clear gray bar covering the chat box so I can't type. Does anyone have the same problem or know how to fix it?

    Yup... I've got the same problem and no way to fix it. I'm already logged in and relogged... nothin.

    You link ur google+ account to youtube because youtube is going with googe+ Because they had issues with the other company
