illegal or not?

If someone sign a contract that says you can kill me in any fashion, will it still be illegal to kill that person in the USA?

    No, it would be murder. The only circumstance where killing another person won't land you in prison is if it's done in defense of yourself or someone else.

    You can't use a contract to break the law. Just like parents can't give permission to have sex with an underage child.
