It won't close in just a minute but it might start to bleed, i took my piercing out for 10 seconds about 4 weeks after getting it pierced and it wouldn't stop bleeding, you have to wait until the piercing settles before you take it out

  • You'd be surprised at how quickly a new piercing can start to tighten up without jewelry.

Instead of screwing around with it (and irritating the piercing and introducing bacteria to the wound in the process), figure out why it's so itchy. Mild itching is normal, excessive itching is not and would typically indicate a problem with jewelry and/or aftercare. A reputable piercer will gladly help you in that regard.

Do not take it out if you just got it. Everyone is different so it could close but I cant tell you how yoyr body heals. Taking it out wont help anything it will just further irritate it. Even if you were able to get it back in it's probably going to hurt taking it out and putting it back in.

It's not going to close that quick if you do just that. But my advice is not to take it out because it's going to cause pain putting it back in. Just rotate it in your ear and put the solution on.
