Why is it hard for me to get a Job in society today?
I dress nicely I'm polite .I give them what they want to hear to hear but I never get the job? And I'm starting to think it's because I'm not "White" I am Dutch Jewish and Indian . is it because we live in a racial profiling country ?

There are so many factors that go into the job hunting process. It took me a year to find my first job and that was with daily, tiring searches. After I left that job, it took me 3 years to find another, again, with tiring searches. Some time you can be "overly pleasing". Not everyone wants you to tell them what you think they may want to hear. They see that as someone who does not have their own convictions. People like that can get very annoying in a work place. Also, there are personal prejudices that hiring managers have that they don't vocalize and therefore can easily hide. I've seen this with my own eyes.
The best advice I can give to you is to ask people you know first. It's easier to get a job through word of mouth. If you don't have any connections like that, in between job hunting you should volunteer. Be completely honest on your resume and give honest answers in interviews even if you think the answer won't be popular. Chances are someone will eventually pick you out for who you are. If not, the job wasn't worth having in the first place.

Because you don't have the right connections or you're not qualified enough.
I'm black (pretty sure "society" prefers people like you over me) and I just landed an excellent job. But I also have years and years of experience and several degrees.
Put in the work and you'll find something.

Try networking so you will get connections
Most jobs are available through networking

Racism and racial profiling does exist. But think, if they dont hire you because of race, religion etc, why would you even want to work there?Forget them, and keep on searching. Good luck

Being nicely dressed and polite is good and all of that, but most employers want skills, experience and education.
