High bp, flank pain, numbness, and headache?
Im 19 years old, im 220lbs 6'2 decent shape i guess, and i have been to the hospital quite a few times because blood pressure and anxiety... i went again this morning and my bp was 190/10... which is high! But its been there before... but this time i went beause my kidneys hurt and my headache wont go away... they took a urine sample and said it was fine, checked my blood sugar and said it was fine. Ive been to several doctors. Maybe 7 or so. They all say its stress and anxiety related. My heart is healthy and all that good stuff... but i just need reassurance so i dont freak out again and make my bp go up again... so what do you guys think?... high bp runs in family. Diabetes as well. But ive been checked. Ive had ekgs, blood screens, and a few other tests. Chest xrays, and all that. But Its still very scary... and i have numbness that jolts me awake at night that is all over my entire body.

You need to focus very hard on controlling your anxiety. You need to download some meditation apps, try some yoga or depp breathing exercises, all are all over the internet, apps, etc. these things will all help you focus your mind on relaxing. Practice 5 minutes every single day, clearing your mind, focusing your breathing, etc.
Once you have your anxiety under control, then you can see what problems remain, if any at all.
Teens are young and healthjy. Heart diseases takes 20-30 years to develop. Heart attacks happen in 50 years olds, not in 20 year olds. It would be very, very rare for you to have clogged arteries, heart disease. Just doesn't happen in kids. Any time a teen goes to the ER with chest pain, they will do tests but will always be thinking gas, or anxiety. Always. if a 50 year old goes with chest pain, they'll think heart attack first.
