So im trying to get a vape so my parents can quit smoking, and I was wondering how do I buy stuff on Ebay? I made a Paypal but I just tried adding money and it says I have to be 18. What's another way I can buy from there?

You can pay by card I'm sure. Or contact the person's phone number and pay outside of EBay. There are plenty of places out there that don't use EBay you can but vape kits from. Check out the deals on Cigees.com

MOST ebay sellers only accept PayPal, a few more accept credit cards but PayPal is the number one. If your parents want to quit smoking they will buy it themselves. You cannot help someone who does not want help. It will just be wasted money collecting dust in a corner.
