Well if someone is in their early 20s now they'd be watching the cartoons that are on now. "Did" doesn't come into it.

Well I'm not close to 20 yet but I know that a lot of them so I'll give it a shot. They watched lots of late 90's and early-mid 2000's shows for example, rugrats, cat and dog, Ed Edd and eddy, fosters home for imaginary friends, Danny phantom, Kim possible, my life a a teenage robot, American dragon, invader zim, teen titans, Johnny test, beyblade, Pokemon, digimon, and many more that I'm blanking on right now.
