Could ur be HIV?

I just got oral from a woman who says she's clean but had been around with 2 other guys. We used a condom. She had to stop because of something and then I took the condom off and used another. After we finished though a couple hours later and into the next day I felt severe flu like symptoms, fatigue, soreness, shortness of breath, coughing on day 3, loss of concentration.. What could it be?
