How to fix frequent internet disconnection and speed problem?

Check Router and LAN Card setting

try putting a new password on your wireless router and then reset it, you might have people stealing your signal. back in the original xbox i had LIVE and i would play but if someone would try to connect to the internet thru ethernet cord i would get booted off. try to use the internet alone.

disconnection from the service or from your router? if the service disconnects complain or buy a billion router that lets you set the gain and speed yourself or a router that can accept wrt firmware

Take away metal objects near you router or your computer and it'll work better

Pay for your own internet subscription.
