What are the seeds on the Cosi multigrain bread? My friend says its Flax seeds and Mustard seeds, I think its Flax seeds and Millet seeds?

They are in fact seeds of mustapha bungee plant native to Patagonia ,although mildly haluseogenic (Irish spelling) they are relatively harmless and pass unaltered through the body.
