can I use PayPal with only a individual taxpayer number instead of giving out my social security number?

    You can't get an ITIN and have no valid reason for any other number.

    If you don't want to use your SSN, then no problem, no account for you.

    Edit, just realized you are aren't 18 yet and can't be on Paypal or eBay anyway.

    You dont have to give either to use Paypal.
