Why did the Pope throw Kimmy Davis under the popemobile?

She more or less pumped up a standard meet and greet into a private audience with the Pope acting as cheerleader. When I heard what she had to say I pictured the Pope handing this Protestant fundamentalist a Roman Catholic rosary from a big box next to him and murmuring something in English he practiced for an hour.

Didn't any one realize that the Pope isn't an English speaker? Pope Francis's native language is Spanish but he also speaks Italian, Portuguese, French, German, Ukrainian and Piedmontese (a language spoken in the Piedmont, an area in northern Italy). Of course Pope Francis is also conversant in Latin- the official language of the Holy See.

But not English, and Davis doesn't speak any of those.

The myth of the "liberal Pope" could only last for so long. The American media tries to put everything in silly trite liberal-conservative spin. Any pope who doesn't declare openly that "gays are going to hell" must be a "liberal Democrat." lol

The Pope is a liar if he says he did not set a meeting with Mrs. Davis. This pope seems to think his dogma is more important than the actual word of God. I wouldn't even shake his unholy hand.

If the Pope was "blindsided" or "hoodwinked" by his people into meeting with her how do we know that he was not "hoodwinked" into openly supporting the man made climate change myth?

The church can't burn people at the stake anymore. He has to appeal to the masses.
