You know only you can answer this question. Some people are going to say "you should" and some are going to say "you should not" and it will be a subjective opinion of what they like and neither of us has any way of knowing what you would like, but most of all we wouldn’t even know if your computer can fully run Win 10.

Remember you have until 29 JUL 2016 to take advantage of the free upgrade.

The problems with Win 10 thus far have been hardware device compatibility (needing a Win 10 driver, in other words). The impacts have been on audio cards, video cards, wireless mouse, wireless keyboards, some printers, some scanners. Software wise, most of the issues I've seen have been games.

So the most important thing you should do is research all of your hardware AND software programs FIRST. You need to make sure your hardware devices (and software programs) are compatible with Win 10. That means going to the manufacturer website for your models and see what they are releasing relative to that device/or software program with respect to its Win 10 compatibility. Unless the device (or software program) is ancient, the manufacturer would have released a Win 10 driver (or patch for software) by now. In those cases, you would need to install these Win 10 drivers (or Win 10 software patches) after you install Win 10.

Win 10 is, imo, a very good OS. Perhaps one of the best OS’ since Microsoft started. But that's just my opinion. However, as with ALL OS changes in Windows history, if you don't have a device that will run on it, and the manufacturer doesn't release an update, you'll be yanking your hair out in frustration and be forced to purchase a more recent version of said item.

If you do decide to install Win 10, and you end up not liking it, Microsoft has built in a super easy way to return to your previous OS.
