We are in Los Angeles and are looking to add 1 or 2 bedrooms to our home. What should we expect to pay? How close can we build to the fence?
The rooms would probably be 12x10. Price per square foot would be helpful, or price per bedroom. Please don t refer me to other websites, or tell me to call the city or a contractor, I ve tried those and just want an approximate. Thanks!

Nobody on Yahoo can give you an approximate. Your only option is to directly call contractors and shop around.
