I dont think that its wrong, if you have openly discussed it with your partener, and that is both your decisions. It is certaintly unusual? generally, people in a relationship feel sexually attracted to their partener. There is always the possibility of your partener having sex with someone outside of your relationship? Personally I couldnt imagine being in a relationship and not having a sexual component to the relationship.
