23) 100/BC=cos(59*15'45")=>
BC=100/cos(59.2625*)=195.7 ft approximately
31) tanA=-5/4 & cosA>0=>
A is in the IV th quadrant.
sinA= -5/sqrt(41)
coaA=4/sqrt(41)=>
secA=sqrt(41)/4
