LGBT+ People. Can you help me with my employment problem?

I shall try to keep this short :)

Before i came out i used to have very little problems getting and holding jobs but ever since i came out about four years ago i have not gotten a single chance. My previous work record is good but yet no one hires me.

Then again i live in a relatively small community.

I guess what i am trying to ask is have you had similar problems and if yes how did you deal with it?

P.S. I'm transgender.

    Yes larger cities are more open to diversity

    Go to a large city where such behavior is tolerated.
