    Noting in the first category and very little in the second. Food is a source of energy not a toy..... to be played with and/or abused.

    Measure out your turds and pee. Measure out what you eat and drink. Keep track of your weight.

    Weight consumed = Weight pooped & peed + weight used + weight gained.

    Wc = Wpp + Wu + Wg

    Everything but Wu is directly measurable.

    You are asking for Wpp/Wc and Wg/Wc.
