Am I doing too much?

I have so much interests and I am apparently doing too much. I am running a marathon this April 24th (London Marathon), will try to get into 2020 Olympics track and field, in the future I want to work in the A.I (computing) field, I train wing chun, and I play guitar a lot. I really am not trying to be boastful. I just want an answer.

  • Since you posted in the Running section I will reply to a runner.

If you want to take part in the 2020 Olumpics you have to dedicate your life until then to whatever you compete in. You also should by now be competing in natonal conpetitins and getting podium finishes (ie 1st, 2nd or 3rd)

As for the rest, lots of people work with computers, run and play the guitar

As you become a better runner you will answer your own question. I find that on top of my very long hours (12 hours on my feet) at work they take away from my ability to run well. But since I am not good enough to give up my job I will just have to keep on working I guess. I would say no.

Yes. If your goal is to become an Olympian, you need to focus on working toward that.
