Would this plan work?
Hi, I'm a student in second year of college, I'm 5'11 and 14 stone (female) I'm 17. I seriously need to lose weight. I have college and a part time job at dominos (nightmare when trying to lose weight, all that pizza!) so I don't really have any free time so I can't join the gym. I want to know if this diet plan that suitably schedule has a chance of working:
I will drink around 3-4 cups of green tea a day
I will drink only water or water with lemon in it
I will only snack on fruit
I will do small exercises when I have time in my room like sit ups and squats
Eat less
Would this work? I absolutely HATE how I look and have been trying to lose weight for years but nothing really works! Also of you know any good diet meal plans. I'm going to Greece in 2 weeks so hopefully I'll lose something by then

When boredom, depression, or perhaps stress causes cravings, find a nonfood way to meet them such as going on a walk, calling a friend, having a bath, reading a book, or maybe doing some yoga.

Sounds like it should work. Walk everywhere, take the stairs not the elevator etc. Don't expect to be model-skinny in two weeks, though. And don't starve yourself, just eat less and healthier than usual and you should lose weight :)

Once a full week, snap a photo of yourself to help you see proof of your human body changing. Weight-loss jars are also a great visual reminder of reaching your own goal.

Make sure you will get at least seven hours of sleep every night. Being tired makes for skipped workouts and additional snacking.

Probably would. Just don't go over 1275 calories.

Sip calorie-free normal water, seltzer, or green tea with all your meal instead of soda, sweetened iced tea, or juice.

Add in healthy goodies you actually love, like deep-red cherries, delicious grapes, or crunchy snow peas.
