How to change from window 10 back to windows 7?

I made the mistake of downloading windows 10 on my laptop and I hate it. The 30 day expiry period has lapsed and I don't know how to go back to windows 7.

I have a HP 630

Update:

I haven't jus bought the laptop. Ive had it for awhile and it came with windows7. Microsoft offered a free download of windows 10. I just didn't know how awful it is and now I don't know how to get windows 7 back.

haroon I don't know how to use window 7's product key???

Unfortunately I am not terribly computer smart so any answers are appreciated but keep it simple please:)

    If you have the original media from when you bought the laptop, you should be able to reset it back to factory defaults (this will wipe everything, you'll lose any data on the hard drive unless you back it all up first).

    use the product key that u have for win 7.
