How do I stop my computer from closing all tabs.?

Just after I downloaded Windows 10, I was asked if I wanted to close all tabs. (With an option not to show this message again).

Like an idiot I said close all tabs and do not show this message again.

How can I now go back, so I am asked if I want to close all tabs, then select No

    In your browser settings you might be able to change the option.

    I'm not sure, sorry, I use iOS 9!
