Thyroid doctors in Oklahoma?
Can anyone recommend an Eastern Oklahoma GP or Endo who would prescribe Natural Thyroid hormones using Free T3 and Free T4 and the FreeT3/RT3 ratio as a guide instead of the unreliable TSH in a person who has no thyroid?

You've got this completely messed up in your head.
The T3/T4 ratio v TSH relates to the blood test and not the medication.
TSH is an excellent guide to T4 levels provided at least one blood test has been performed that measures FT3, FT4 and TSH and those results don't indicate a problem with the pituitary gland.
Free T3, Free T4 are how thyroid hormones are carried in the blood and are not in thyroid medication.
In very rare cases, patients have problems converting T4 to T3 in the cells. In that case they may be prescribed a T3/T4 mix medication. For everybody else with hypothyroidism, T4 (Levothyroxine) is the correct medication.
There is nothing special about 'natural' hormone. The synthetic thyroxine is an identical molecule to the natural kind.
TSH is produced in the pituitary gland based on the amount of T4 it sees in the blood. It can't tell whether that T4 came from medication or from the thyroid. I.e. having a missing thyroid is not relevant to TSH accuracy.
