Madden 16 stuck on a loop on ps4?

I finished the 6gb download needed to start the game but after the first menu before it starts the game with the steelers it gets stuck. The music's still playing but the dial isn't spinning. Any fixes out there?

    Clean the disc with some hot water unplug everything and try again.
