Do you agree with "All lives matter" or "Black lives matter"?

4 out of the 5 Democrat candidates believe only BLACK lives matter.

How can they let their 'extreme' views be public? If you are non-

bias, how could only Black lives matter? Folks, we need a president

who believes ALL AMERICAN CITIZENS' LIVES MATTER.

The people who inhabit the Black Lives Matter movement have convinced themselves that the rest of the nation doesn't think that Black lives matter. This of course is just hogwash. The very biggest threat to the lives of young Black men is - - other young black men, and the way to fix this has been clearly outlined on the O'Reilly show.

    All lives matter.

On the other hand, turning "black lives matter" into "all lives matter" trivializes the problem.

The problem is that blacks are routinely jailed and killed for things that whites get away with. "Black lives matter" is a way to protest that problem. Saying "all lives matter" in response trivializes it.

Assume that you had a party and it got a little rowdy. Suddenly five cop cars come roaring into your yard and cops start shoving your friends around. Things get out of hand and one of your friends ends up dead. Meanwhile, in the rich part of town, the same thing happens except the cops are polite and they calm things down.

You get upset because of the unequal treatment and protest with the slogan "Poor peoples' lives matter." When the rich snobs who got the kid-glove treatment hear you, their response is "all lives matter."

Understand now how some people might get upset about that?

No, they don't. I suggest you listen to their explanations instead of making stupid things up out of whole cloth.

And to answer your question, of course all lives matter. But society isn't implying that white lives don't. Too often, it *does* imply that black lives don't. So "black lives matter" is just a way of saying "yes we do!". So I agree with BOTH, but "black lives matter" is the one that really needs to be said.

"All lives matter" and "Black lives matter".

the Black Lives Matter is an activist movement in the United States that began in the wake of the July 2013 acquittal of George Zimmerman in the Florida shooting death of African-American teen Trayvon Martin. The Black Lives Matter movement campaigns against police brutality in the United States against African-Americans

it is a movement about police brutality toward blacks, not that other lives do not matter.
