I must be blind biut I do not see what you are desctribing.
But in general: Because the baby comes out of her vagina, as well as the afterbirth and placenta.
From this and other posts, it seems like you or OCD level obsessed with looking at genitals. If you stop obsessing about it, you may develop a healthier attitude towards your body, other women's bodies and men's bodies.
