My internet keeps cutting off?

I have WLAN at home. At times it's fine, but as soon as I try to load a 'heavier' website like Tumblr or a YouTube video (or even Y!Answers), it crashes and reconnects (which takes around 20 seconds on average), sometimes a couple of times in a row. I can see the router turning off and then on again. There's no problem with electricity. It's happening with all the computers in my house and has been for about a month now. It was fine before. All my computers are running Windows 10.

Why is this happening and what can I do to fix it? Any help would be appreciated.

Restart the modem. This is a common problem, which is usually resolved with restarting the modem. If you don't know where or what the modem is, look it up on google. It is usually connected to the router, but I'm assuming you have some knowledge.
