I am allergic to lemon grass. I came in contact with some and now my nosr is drpping and my upper right cheek feels painfully numb/punched?

I have many allergies and a couple are even anaphylactic. I've never heard of a cheek feeling like it's been punched, but a runny nose and numb mouth are signs of a reaction. If it's a serious allergy, seek medical attention as soon as you can, but if it's mild, take an allergy pill and see if the symptoms get worse. If you start to get hives, feel anxious and want to be alone, have an itchy or scratchy throat, develop puffy eyes, it becomes hard to breath or get swollen/itchy mouth and lips, it's an allergic reaction. Get to the hospital.
