Does Bernie Sanders actually believe he can transform the U.S. into a nation like Denmark.?

As we know Bernie Sanders does not believe in private property, voluntary exchange, individual responsibility, supply & demand, or even the proper definition of the word "right." He loves to talk about Denmark as evidence of his Democratic Socialist utopia working in the U.S. when Denmark is a small, homogeneous nation with an overall upper middle class society. Denmark has an even smaller population than New York City. The USA has a population of about 319 million people, and Bernie wants to grant full amnesty to all illegal aliens and wants to increase the cap of immigrants allowed entry to the U.S. every year. Not to

mention he wants to expand Medicare, Obamacare and Social Security, a system that's been collapsing for decades now and make it available for illegals. How on earth would that make the U.S. like Denmark or Sweeden? Sounds like it would be more like a nation like Brazil to me. A multiracial and multicultural third world, socialist cesspool. An interventionist state with open borders and huge government programs. A crony corporatist hell for the market where the only businesses that succeed are the ones with connections to corrupt politicians.

No he wants to emulate much of what Denmark has done and made them along with other socialist countries the best places to live in ,In fact Denmark is #1 and the US isn't even in the top ten ,

Are you saying America cannot at least make the top ten? Does this monumentally\y hyp0cricical country that professes to be Christian , doesn't give a damn

for the poor the needy the downtrodden as does Denmark and the others ?

I know that wicked evil SOCIALISM/COMMUNISM eh ?

    Ignorance and stupidity everywhere .

You think we should be happy to be a banana republic?

I think you've got it wrong. First off, you obviously have no idea what he values... you describe communism, not democratic socialism. Second, he doesn't want to transform the US into Denmark, he's using Denmark as a template for what he wants to do. He wants to make the US MORE LIKE Denmark, but obviously not EXACTLY like Denmark. He's a smart dude, he knows that he could never get America to look exactly like his vision due to Congress.

You've got this all wrong. In his statement in the panel on TV he mentioned Denmark as an example of how capitalism and social welfare can be successfully blended. Of course you should never compare the U.S. to a small, peaceful country. Perhaps he was trying to say that there is an alternative other than invading and killing people.

No, because his candidacy was the one where he would pretend to challenge Hilary and then back off after the debate. It is supposed to indicate that Hilary is the real deal and Biden not concern himself by running. Basically it enhances her resume as having overcome a challenge and its suppose to prove that she can win the presidency.

The only fact the Democrats left out is a big one. The challenge was planned well before this debate as Hilary's resume of accomplishment's are nil to none. Now they will run with this fake challenge as if it were real.

I know you Sanders people support him, but you have to accept his candidacy was never real... Move on!

those Socialist Democracies mean well, but are in financial trouble, despite the US de facto footing the bill for their national defense for >70 years.

I've been to Denmark, nice place, nice people, but they can only exist because there is a US keeping the nefarious elements of the globe at bay on our dime. We are not talking a really motivated bunch there.

Of course he does, and it would be a huge improvement over Obama's vision for America

Added benefit, Denmark is 100% Caucasian

Literally nothing you said was true. It's remarkable, really. Democratic socialism is not communism. He believes in democratic socialism MIXED with capitalism, but with a focus on the former. They're not mutually exclusive.

I had a nice answer, but I decided to keep it to myself. The sooner this nation collapses, the sooner we can get to Armageddon and a reboot of the world. So there it is.

Probably. Newly elected presidents tend to be somewhat naïve.
