Have most men in the Philippines been circumcised?
I was just wondering how common the practice is. It seems to vary from country to country.

Yes, most men in the Philippines are circumcised. It was first brought to the Philippines with the Catholic religion, and still being done today with beliefs that it is cleaner to be that way, and a boy isn't a man without being circumcised. There's also a myth that a boy who don't get circumcision won't get tall. Uncircumcised boys are often being teased during puberty so it is usually done before the start of puberty.
Apparently, 95~98% of Filipino boys in the Philippines are circumcised.

Yes. However they are performed when men hit puberty whereas in the US they perform it right after birth.
