Presentation and participation are key. Make sure that your product is presented in a very effective and professional fashion, with good photos and layouts. Then promote the heck out them using every means possible. This means devoting time to participating in forums and teams, posting to them all, posting on your Facebook page, joining and reaching out through every bit of social media you can. It is time-consuming, but effective. It is also why so many people don't sell much; it often becomes a struggle to find time to both MAKE the items and to do the necessary promotional things required to sell them.

Other tips are to keep your shop full (a minimum of 100 items, I've heard) and renew things regularly.

On a strictly logical basis, in selling things, if something is not selling you need to reduce the price until it does sell. If the selling price is less than you can take for your work and product, then you need to find something else to do.
