What images, landmarks, or symbols accurately represent Toronto?

If you've ever lived in Toronto, what images, landmarks, sounds, or images reflect the city?

I will list only items that are unique to Toronto

Landmarks include: CN Tower, Casa Loma, Toronto Islands, Honest Ed`s store, Hockey Hall of Fame, Air Canada Centre, the Skydome (Rogers Centre) and the Scarborough Bluffs.

Images include: the Toronto city skyline as seen from Lake Ontario, TTC streetcars, and Toronto police cars.

Symbols include: the city flag, the new City Hall Two Tower graphic that is stenciled to most city owned vehicles, the initials "TO", a Don Valley Parkway sign, a Gardiner Expressway sign, and the logos used by Toronto sports teams such as the white letters over a blue maple leaf for Toronto's NHL team.

As for sounds, I had difficulty trying to identify something unique to Toronto. The best I could come up with is the music and sounds of the Toronto Caribbean Carnival Parade that is a part of the annual Caribana Festival.

Finally, I would also like to include the annual Toronto International Film Festival but did not know which category to put it in. Maybe it's initials of TIFF could be placed with the symbols category.

The first one that comes to mind is the CN tower, it is very iconic to the city. Next is the city hall buildings. They are half circle shaped buildings that face each other....it was a noted feat of architecture when they were first designed. There are many other buildings that stand out for different designs and architecture in the city. Toronto is known for it's art and culture as well.

The CN Tower and city hall are probably the 2 most iconic or most widely recognized Toronto structures.

CN Tower, Blue Jays, Maple Leafs, Toronto skyline, Skydome (aka Rogers Centre), Toronto Zoo, ACC, City Hall, ROM, AGO ...... many, many more.

Accurately represent? That would be squeegee kids, extremely egotistical mayors, and water that tastes like it came from a public swimming pool. And the CN Tower.

The first thing that came to my mind was a blue maple leaf symbol...but yes CN Tower is prob the most symbolic.
