Do midgets have to use infant or toddler car seats?

Question

If I am at the bar and meet a midget or drawf or "insignificant person" or whatever the politically correct term is, and I decide to take them home, will have to put him in one of those NHTSA approved toddler seats? It seems like the midget should be expected to provide his own seat so others don't have too. Could I just secure him in a luggage area - ie, trunk or clam shell container? Also what should I expect in terms of genital size once I get him naked??

Sorry I did not mean to say "insignificant" I think the word I was going for is "insufficient."

Never thought of it but I guess they do.  There must be a lot of room in the back seat when you banging a midget.   OH yea I think the proper term for  a midget is stump jumper.

"Little person" is politically correct, and "insignificant person" is WILDLY disrespectful and down right awful of you. Don't use that, for anyone. Ever. Unless you absolutely hate someone. Insignificant literally means, basing source off of Webster: "Too unimportant to be worth consideration or care."

As for the car seats, no; unless, they're a young age. Toddlers, infants, and so on. Those rules are universal.  As for little people, they don't "HAVE" to use them, but some may use pillows or something of the sort to lift them higher to see over the dashboard. Most typically buy seats/vehicles that are heightened.
