Is there an advantage to getting 121 load index (E) tires on a 2012 GMC Sierra SL crew cab 4x4 pickup?

The OEM tire load index rating for your Sierra Crew Cab is 112. Anything greater would be a bonus but certainly not necessary.

NO, tires doesnt change the weight you can pull or haul, your tires are still mounted to a factory equipped truck. The other main factors havent change so its more or less a waste
