Glasses keep falling off?

So I just got new frames about 2 weeks ago. I'm in love with how they look, they're square black frames. But last week, the started loosening up, and sliding down my nose. I ride horses and I'm afraid they'll fall while I'm riding. Soo I took them in today to be bend back to place/tightened. After the guy did it they felt normal again, but now, a couple hours later they're back to being lose. I think I was taking them off wrong, but now I'm taking them off straight, and they're still doing so. Help?

I'm not sure how your taking your glasses off to cause them to get that loose so fast. But you need to use both hands when you take your glasses off and pull them off from one side with one hand. But if you had them readjusted and the screws tightened they shouldn't be sliding down a few hours later. It sounds as if their not wrapping around your ears enough which would cause them to slide. You didn't say how much you wear your glasses but once you get them tightened again you may want to try wearing your glasses full time so your not doing so much taking them off and putting them on which does tend to loosen them up more. It's not going to hurt your eyes to wear your glasses all the time anyway.
