Who works at Tj Maxx ? i need help?

I have been a cashier before but not for Tj Maxx. You should have a chat with your boss and tell them that you need some training.

They shouldn't put you on cash with out having some training.

Cash registers do most of the work these days. All you have to do is scan every thing in, over ride any discounts (if any) and press total. You should also try to up sell them on any memberships or points cards, or collect their email. Then process their debit / credit payment or give them the correct change if they pay with cash.

Try to be polite and greet your customers. If you do gt into trouble ask some one for help. If a customer gets upset at you then call a manager.

you need to go to your manager and tell her you need more training or where can you find learning material about your job so you'll know everything.
