Guys, if you c*m in your dream is it always a wet dream?

Basically, if you dream that you came, does that always mean you did in real life?

    No. I have sex dreams all the time where I reach orgasm, but I haven't had a wet dream in 20 years.

    No, often real wet-dreams are about heavy physical-strain/exercise, rather than sex. It's very rare to have a sex-dream, that is also a wet-dream, usually it's 1, or the other.
