Are people still dying from cancer after all the school fundraisers and donation, making them earn millions of dollars a year?

Also, the government is hiding the cure for cancer. Trust me, there is a strong medicine that cures cancer, but why release it to the US? There are too many poor people running around out there and no one in the right mind would run for president due to America's population being hopelessly insane. The government will never give us the cure for cancer because we need to dim down the population of the US by a few million. :(
