Dolby Atmos and DTS-X?

Got an Onyko tx-rz900 receiver on the way, with 2 Onkyo skh-410 Atmos speakers. Was wondering if the xbox one.s bluray can do atmos for the bluray movies that are out for it or do you need special bluray for that? I know the newest transformers and American sniper are atmos movies so if I watch them on direct tv HD will it play in atmos or is it just though special bluray player for that? What about DtS-X when that comes out will that be able to play all the movies with out adding more then a DTS-X receiver and up fireing speakers?

Update:

The Onkyo tx-rz900 does have Atmos and is getting a dts-x firmware update. That's the whole point of me buying the Atmos speakers for it.

My understanding is that only blu ray disks are capable of transmitting the Dolby atmos signal...in discrete form....Over satellite and the internet they are using Dolby digital plus which is a form of Dolby digital only with more compression and it is also only a 5.1 stream...how ever a Dolby atmos receiver can take a 5.1 signal and change it into a signal that will utilize all your speakers...I don't believe it is true Dolby Atmos though and I am having a hard time believing that even the Dolby Atmos blu ray disks are really Dolby Atmos, because from my understanding the mixing process is completely different for Dolby Atmos compared to surround ...its object and location oriented as compared to surround which is atmospheric oriented sound which is a whole different process and objective from what I've read about...So I am having problems understanding how Dolby Atmos is compatible with surround at all... unless they are programing two different sound tracks one for Atmos and one for surround....because the process is suppose to be completely different...

If your device does not have an Atmos standard decoder built into it, and the required extra amplifiers & speakers, why do you think you are going to be able to decode Atmos disks properly? I own a single speaker radio and do not expect it to decode and play six channel surround sound through non existent speakers.. Doesn't make it a bad radio, just makes it the monaural radio it is..
