do argentinas pronounce the S??
i hear then saying eta bien instead of esta bien and etudiar instead of estudiar so do they sometime not pronounce the s in the middle of the words???

Hello. As Argentinian I can tell that its all a question of whom you hear speaking
For example in Buenos Aires people tend to pronounce too much the "s", while in the rest of the country we do not pronounce it as strong. When you hear "eta bien" is not that the S is not pronounced, but that the "T" is stronger and makes the S weak. Note that the two words you wrote have and S before a T
We do not pronounce the "s" sometimes between two words. For example "las horas" sounds like "lajoras", or "los dias" sounds like "lojdias". Its a kind of aspiration used only in the country but not un Buenos Aires

Many countries in Latin America (well, in southern Spain, too), "swallow" or "forget" their S's... Argentinian Spanish often does this, too.
