How to lift this parantese (Example) a*b*(Tf-Tk)= These are all variables.?

I need to know how to multiply out the parantese. I'm troubled/insecure about what "a" will do.

Any help is appreciated :)

    a*b*(Tf-Tk) is equal to

abT(f-k) so you really have just:

    abTf-abTk
