Federal employees rights for breaks.?

If you are a federal employee, do you still fall under your states labor act rights? By federal employee I mean a civilian working for the federal government.

If you are a federal employee, there is a good chance that you are a union member and union contracts would govern rather than state mandated break laws.

Nope. Federal employees and employers are exempt from most state and local labor laws.

You have a union rep; ask (whether you belong to that union or not).
