No dog should be bathed more than once every 6 weeks at the very most, and that's only for dogs whose coats are very well looked after. Every time you bath, you dry skin and strip the oils out of the coat. Many dogs are only bathed 2 - 3 times a year. Whether or not you think your dog sheds is irrelevant to bathing.

If a dog has fur, it sheds. Some more than others, and as is always the case with mix-bred dogs, there's no breed standard so things like coat, size (to a point), temperament, health etc.etc. are not known. There is no 'how often' - bath when really necessary and generally speaking a regular brushing should be more than enough unless the dog happens to go down in something dire.
Your dog's coat may take after the Cocker Spaniel (which will need regular professional grooming unless you know how to do that) or the Poodle. And even poodles shed to some extent.
For interest except you don't have a Poodle so that clouds the 'norm'.

You only need to bathe a dog if it gets dirty or into something it shouldn't have.
A dog should rarely need a bath. Their coats are designed to shed dirt, and a brushing should be all you need to maintain their coats (unless you clip the dog).
If you clip the dog, then you usually bathe them first, so you don't dull the clipper blades cutting a dirty coat.

Twice yearly at a maximum And you are wrong all dogs shed even the so called hairless varieties shed dander which is in fact the cause of the majority of human dog allergies Just some breeds shed less than others.

Why not consult your BREEDER? a responsible breeder should be there for the life of the dog to answer questions. Barring that option, ask your vet.
