websites all white? no color, only text?

recently i have begun to experience many websites coming in formatted with only black / white text body -- No images, colors, headers, footers, sidebars, tabs, empty white squares where a picture should be, links dont work etc.

see photo below... whats happening? Normally this website has lots of colors, background is vibrant blue... is this a security thing? i run a business online and this is making me not be able to work. HELP!

Update:

running windows 8 in firefox. i also have my Netgear router blocking some "questionable" websites in my home.

Update 2:

questionable as in XXX adult content... also adding that the websites are loading / opening without menus, clickable links, pictures, or any functionality whatsoever.

It looks like the browser loads some resources but fails to load most others. The custom font works, but most of the styling doesn't.

Just for shits and giggles, try turning off blocking the websites. You might also want to check your DNS settings; the first DNS should be the internal IP of your router, something like 192.168.2.1, for the second and third I suggest Google's: 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

It looks like you have the accessibilty view turned on in your browser, which removes coloured backgrounds and certain coloured elements to assist those with vision problems.

Its also possible your router has a very broad definition of what is 'questionable'.
