I download music on a public connection but when i go home my internet provider still warns me to stop?

Update:

Just want to know if there is a way to avoid this please dont lecture me on the legality of torrenting music.

    When your download is complete, you should turn off the data. So that will not warn you for this. You must also install Leo Privacy Guard to your smart phone, Keep snoopers away from private pics, videos, SMS and call log.
